Abstract:
Abstract With the development of intelligent economy, especially the emergence of technical elements such as big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, there have been debates in academic community on the revitalization of the planned economy, not to mention whether this argument is a lack of understanding of the market economy. Just from the perspective of historical development, this statement cannot hold up to closer inspection.
