Abstract:
Abstract We explain IA procedure in the U.S. First, we explain EO 12,866, ground rules of IA(RIA) in the U.S. Then we introduce OIRA (Office of Information and Regulatory Affair of the US Office of Management and Budget (OMB) as a review authority and explain the role of that in the process of RIA. Then we explain the procedure within Presidential Department and other issue in conducting IA.
