Chapter Chapter 15 in Creative Complex Systems, 2021, pp 231-245 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter discusses the use of organic conductorsOrganic conductors as a platform for investigating a variety of phenomena such as (super)conductivity, metal–insulator transitions, magnetism, and especially spin liquidsSpin liquids. Molecular and crystal structures of organic conductorsOrganic conductors look rather complicated, but their electronic structures can be described simply by considering the frontier orbitals of the constituting molecules. Apart from the simple electronic structure, unconventional physical properties occur because of many-body interactions. After a brief introduction of the history of organic conductorsOrganic conductors, the chapter provides a discussion of recent topics on organic spin liquidSpin liquids candidates having triangular lattice.
