Abstract: Abstract The main objective of this chapter is focusing on the importance of personal social responsibility in the management of corporate social responsibility. This new phenomenon has a big impact on market mainly because of Generation Y (that have social and environmental awareness). The impact of young people—both consumers and employees—behavior and lifestyle affects the CSR strategy of many companies.
