Abstract: Abstract This chapter opens with a discussion of the concept of shared value and then focuses on interactions and collaborations with regard to CSR across institutional boundaries. Subsequently, this chapter points to persisting differences in CSR across different regions, using Europe to illustrate the scope for equifinality in embracing corporate responsibility.
