Abstract:
Abstract The Russian Federation (the “RF”) is considered to be a non-OPEC oil producer, which actually influences the oil market significantly due to high oil production volumes. It is possible to conclude that the oil and gas industry plays a great role in the Russian Federation economy. It is a well-known fact that the RF is rich in natural resources and the federal state budget relies heavily on the sale of oil and gas.
