Abstract: Abstract The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has had an impact on Bolivia’s state of health, economy, and social fabric. The world is grappling with the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on firms, workers, consumers, communities, and each other. As a result of these consequences, people all over the world are committed to working together and supporting one another in all possible ways. Using stakeholder theory and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), this study explores hospital responses to the COVID-19 pandemic in Bolivia from the perspectives of hospital managers, hospital staff, and patients. This study used quantitative and qualitative analyses to understand CSR initiatives, operational challenges, and health-care quality services in Bolivian hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the results, different recommendations are suggested.
