Abstract:
Abstract Since man is a social being by nature, he was born to live in a group that exchanges benefits and services with its members, as he cannot live in isolation from the rest of the people, and then the local community was formed from the individuals who live in it and formed what is called the administrative system within this local community (the localities), which we call the public administration, which governs the relationship between it and the local. This research, “The Role of Administrative Control in Promoting Localities,” examined the most important function of administrative control: public order, which includes public security, public health, and public peace.
