Chapter Chapter 10 in Nonprofit Social Enterprises, 2024, pp 95-103 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Entrepreneurial creativity is a significant factor in the flourishing of SENOs. It involves leaders and the whole workforce being innovative, understanding the external environment so as to deal with that environment in a way that benefits the SENO, and having significant influence on the market for both the charity and social enterprising part of a SENO. These three factors lead to an organization that is functioning well. The following analysis addresses these three important factors.
