Abstract:
Abstract Different partners, both national and international, should collaborate in synergy for recovery planning, financing and technical assistance in order to assure effective management. Risk and complexity are higher in this case as it is necessary to operate in an environment where services, infrastructure and related systems are damaged and urgent management response is critical. In this case, past disaster recovery management experience was fundamental for the creation of more structured future management systems.
