Abstract All research objectives as outlined in Sect. 1.3 have been achieved. This concluding chapter discusses the answers to the research questions before turning to the limitations and further conclusions and implications of this research report. Also, suggestions for further research as well as the contributions of this study to research and to practice are discussed.
