Abstract: Abstract Chapter 8 summarises and critically evaluates the research findings presented in the previous chapter. By establishing the overall contribution of the research results based on their implications for the academic literature, as well as management practice, the data trustworthiness is substantiated, and the research assumptions are tested. This verification, as well as the review of the research limitations, serves to analytically validate the robustness of these findings for examining, testing, and improving earlier versions of an explanatory management framework conceptualisation presented in previous chapters. Ultimately, this appraisal leads to the development of a new Stakeholder Relationship Management Framework (Version 4), which is the main conceptual contribution of this book and the subject matter of the next chapter.
