Chapter Chapter 9 in Responsible Management, 2014, pp 131-140 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract We earlier used a simple definition of CSR as involving employers “going beyond the minimum” that is required by law. On that basis, the field is defined by legislation and regulations. Beyond what is made explicit in legal terms, there is scope for voluntary initiatives. To the extent that legislation varies around the world, the same will be true of CSR.
