Chapter Chapter 3 in Corporate Digital Responsibility, 2021, pp 85-108 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The aim of this chapter is to assess the status of corporate responsibility in the digital age. A procedure is presented, the so-called Digital Responsibility Check, which supports the concrete assessment of the status with regard to the degree of maturity. The “Digital Responsibility Compass” can be used to make statements about addressing different stakeholder groups. The approach is based on 15 digital responsibility clusters derived from societal demands. They thus represent a model for CDR in corporate practice. In the following section, each of the 15 responsibility clusters is defined and the corporate opportunities and risks arising from CDR activities are explained. This is supplemented by examples and guidance on implementation.
