Abstract:
Abstract This case study project examines the various CSR interventions and initiatives of TATA Steel India and analyses their impact on the society and on different stakeholders. The paper defines and draws meaningful conclusions about a corporate’s responsibility towards society and how they have a major role to play in sustainable development. Previous research on CSR and India’s CSR Policy formed the stepping stone for the analysis and future scope of this project. The main aim of the project is to provide a detailed understanding of CSR by providing fruitful insights about the CSR policy and interventions of TATA Steel India.
