Abstract:
Abstract This is an interview with Xia Wang, the Principal of a special education school in wuhan. Her sharing reveals significant challenge she faced as a new principal and her creativity and proficiency in problem-solving to improve the school conditions. This interview indicates how her extraordinary leadership motivated teachers to pursue professional development and improve curriculum and instruction for creating a student-centered school environment for all students.
