Abstract:
Abstract Greece should be bailed out because that is in the interest of her trading partners just as it is in her own. The issue is only: how. In this lecture it is explained that, in order to build industrial and commercial, in short, productive capacity, a system of tax credits and incentive taxation should be tried, since a transfer union should be avoided.
