Abstract: Abstract The article is devoted to studying peculiarities and prospects of using integrated systems of marketing information as the element of modern organization’s management. The author considers genesis of systems of marketing information, defines essential characteristics and content of integrated system of marketing information, detects functional trends of using integrated system of marketing information ‘MONOLIT: CRM’, and analyses its functional opportunities and restrictions.
