Abstract:
Abstract The Chapter is focused on the analysis of the educational and state-support policies as the main drivers of the successful development of ICT sector in Belarus. It contributes to the existing literature on ICT ventures development in Central and Eastern European countries in general and on ICT industry in Belarus in particular. The research is mainly targeted to the academic audience (students and faculty), although the practitioners (VC and businesses looking for the offshore outsourcing destinations) could gain some useful insights from this research, as well.
