A chapter in Three Pillars of Organization and Leadership in Disruptive Times, 2020, pp 41-52 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Future-proof organizations need a sharpened understanding of leadership—as a power that takes influence and creates impact, as organizational, interactional, and individual performance. This article gives an insight into concepts and ideas that foster a more collaborative leadership approach. Ultimately, it is a question of re-examining and applying leadership concepts that serve the company on its way towards success based upon the three pillars of purpose, travelling, and connectivity.
