Abstract: Abstract Classifying cryptocurrencies is already an emerging issue that has attracted the attention of virtually every regulatory agency both in the United States and overseas, and this does not appear to be a passing trend. As the market for blockchain based cryptocurrencies continues to expand and develop in nature, including institutional investment opportunities there is a growing need for price stabilization and clearer reporting requirements.
