Abstract: Abstract In this, our final chapter, we will discuss slime of the emergent, upcoming, and future issues in cybersecurity law, which include: globalization and determination of jurisdictional authority; digital marketplaces and consumer rights; anonymized DarkNet markets and the influx of cryptocurrencies; existing and anticipated challenges to law enforcement; and the issue of digital sovereignty in relation to data governance, private ownership, and privacy protection.
