Abstract: Abstract Suppose you are commander of a submarine; would you allow incompetent crew members to come on board? Of course, not. You are well aware that any failure to perform can cause the whole ship to sink. For this reason, submarine recruitment procedures are extremely severe. The submarine unit in a navy is an elite corps.
