Abstract Software as a Service startup operating in the software development business has broadly adopted Agile frameworks to maintain a competitive advantage. This adoption supports continuous innovation and customer-centric development. This chapter intends to explain the multifaceted benefits of Agile methodology in driving business growth. We uncover the great value of automation, allowing a stream of tasks to be handled across teams and leading to scalability. It investigates how customer growth and retention are linked to product improvement. This chapter serves as a guide for project managers who plan to apply Agile methodologies in the business-to-business landscape.
