Abstract This case study, “2WATCH - An Introduction to the Company,” delves into the evolving business ventures of Fabrizio Perrone, highlighting his foresight and adaptability in shaping resilient business models within the digital advertising and entertainment sectors. The narrative traces Perrone’s journey from Fan Media (2008), which pioneered social media advertising by leveraging online communities, to Buzzoole (2013), an innovative data-driven platform that transformed influencer marketing.
