Abstract:
Abstract This chapter depicts the transformative effect of artificial intelligence (AI) on human resource management (HRM) by way of a series of comprehensive case studies and monograph research findings. It depicts how AI technologies such as natural language processing, machine learning, and predictive analytics are reshaping HR activities by making them efficient, fair, and decision-making focused. Case points like HireVue, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talla, IBM Watson Talent, etc., have applications that range from automated candidate sorting to personalized employee development to predictive turnover estimation and diversity reporting.
