Abstract:
Abstract This chapter presents the main ideas from the contributing chapters, which also introduce the key insights from the book. Book chapters mainly highlight the significance of AI-human collaboration in terms of enhancing organizational innovation, creativity, collaborative innovation, improved creative performance, and innovative behavior of the employees, specifically in the context of Industry 5.0. Book chapters also describe how such collaboration can lead to better idea management, boost productivity, and improve procurement. Finally, AI in-house development versus outsourcing is discussed, with the final chapter covering ethical considerations related to AI-Human collaboration. The book includes 15 thoughtful and varied perspectives from 14 different nations, including four continents.
