Abstract: Abstract Explains why the post-COVID19 macro-level VUCA PESTLE conditions cannot be addressed by the prevalent but outdated economic, sustainability, and management paradigms. Identifies the challenges twenty-first-century managers face at the organisational and personal level and the mindsets behind them. Introduces the Future Management paradigm as a way to exit the permacrisis and achieve sustainable prosperity.
