Chapter 3 in Future Management for Sustainable Prosperity, 2026, pp 127-161 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Presents the second pillar of future management: value and values. Focuses on operations and examines value from the perspective of an organisation’s investors, employees, customers, but also for society in general. Explains why it is values which should guide the organisation towards value cocreation with all stakeholders and without negative externalities. Offers practical applications of how Future Management can utilise values-driven value cocreation to achieve organisational sustainability and sustainable prosperity.
