Chapter 7 in Creating Shared Value, 2026, pp 163-184 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The employee perspective focuses on value creation by and for a company’s workforce. It examines how employees can be motivated, which factors influence the value they perceive—particularly their job satisfaction—and how organizational designs can be appropriately structured. The examples of Apple and Spotify illustrate that companies take very different approaches when trying to create organizational designs that foster creativity and innovation.
