Chapter 3 in Organizational Resilience in Action, 2025, pp 15-34 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In the corona crisis, it became apparent that companies were, in an almost inadvertent way, resilient in the face of the most significant crisis in recent history if they were able to balance the most important demands from their own organization and their external environment. This finding became the basis of the first resilience model, the “winning wheel.”
