Chapter Chapter 12 in e-Transformation: Enabling New Development Strategies, 2010, pp 281-309 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In the last chapter, the imperatives for government transformation were introduced. An effective response would involve cutting-edge reforms for future government and visions that embody and motivate these reforms. A variety of e-government uses can support these visions and enable reform objectives. E-government applications should be driven by a unifying vision and overarching reform objectives.
