Chapter Chapter 13 in e-Transformation: Enabling New Development Strategies, 2010, pp 311-338 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, I examine the opportunities and challenges of applying ICT in business enterprises. I explore the roles and approaches that governments may take, in partnership with business associations and NGOs, to promote the effective adoption and diffusion of e-business by SMEs or priority user sectors. The aim is to help policy makers and business associations play their key roles in facilitating ICT diffusion among SMEs, and enabling enterprises to deploy ICT for their business innovation and transformation.
