Chapter Chapter 5 in Societal Dynamics, 2012, pp 95-119 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract We have looked at the terrible ethics of Stalin’s apparatchiks (bureaucratic thugs). But was this a Russian phenomenon, or are there such apparatchiks in any ideological dictatorship? Historically, the answer is yes, in all dictatorships. This is illustrated in the next case of the German Nazi dictatorship of 1933–1945.
