Abstract: Abstract It is no secret that the world is now changing at a rapid pace which is mainly driven by the accumulation of scientific knowledge and technological applications that follow it. However, we also observe that those who are in most need to benefit from innovations do not receive these benefits, i.e., the developing and underdeveloped countries.
