Abstract: Abstract Rational government-level management decisions can improve product quality and the efficiency of the meat industry manufacturers. Quality supply modeling in the meat industry and a reliable consequence forecast of management decisions can serve as a basis for taking measures in the sphere. These goals can be achieved using econometric modeling methods, which reveal the influence of specific factors on the studied indicators and also minimize occurring risks.
