Chapter Chapter 18 in Unlocking Digital Transformation of Agricultural Enterprises, 2023, pp 167-175 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The paper provides an analysis, based on the issues of service certification of technical service companies that are assessed. We studied the basic concepts and properties of certification of maintenance enterprises. The technical service company uses a number of standards and certifications. These are the required documents for applying. In a maintenance company, all mandatory types of standards are of a key use. GOST R ISO 9000-2008 is applied. “Quality management system” is a unified system of project documentation, standards for laboratory and test work, etc. To collect statistical data, we propose to use a professional method of quality offset, which is shown by a characteristic acquired on the basis of a comprehensive survey, which is accompanied by a parallel and coherent study of a set of indicators. These indicators reflect many aspects and hold general conclusions about the fruits of a certified facility based on relatively long-term observations. For their work in the corporate environment, data was collected on violations and noncompliance with the norms of regulatory documents. The professional quality credit method is intended as a tool for accounting, analysis, and planning of cases and is also intended as an indicator of the scientific and technical state of an object in the studied population. The basis of the offset is a comparative analysis of the activities of companies and their divisions. The task is to check the production conditions of the certified activities of the technical service enterprise on the basis of an efficiency improvement system, using a comprehensive assessment method obtained from experts.
