Abstract:
Abstract Based on the experience that innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems have obtained in stages of development and growth, this proposal will allow the creation of a local ecosystem and through its evolution join wider-ranging ecosystems such as regional, national, and international ones, which will bring the benefit of increasing knowledge and its appropriation. There are also other benefits in the short, medium, and long term with the implementation of this proposal, such as:
