Abstract Technical professionals are often skilled at “doing the right things” in the laboratory, creating unprecedented technological breakthroughs; however, when these “right things” are brought to the market, they frequently face challenges in “doing things right.” In this chapter, we will delve into a core strategy—asymmetric advantage—to help tech entrepreneurs not only bridge this gap but also build formidable barriers in the fiercely competitive commercial landscape.
