Chapter Chapter 11 in Open Innovation 2.0, 2018, pp 113-121 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Too often innovations fail. Industrializing innovation is about managing innovation as a capability similarly to manufacturing processes, with the outcomes being a series of more predictable innovations. By applying an industrial lens and discipline to the Innovation process, the probability and predictability of innovation outputs and outcomes can be significantly increased.
