Chapter Chapter 8 in Understanding Family Businesses, 2012, pp 115-132 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Thor Thiessen was confused. He had done what he had been asked to do and now was effectively being told his work was unnecessary. He was understandably frustrated and wondered what, if anything, he should do, both in the short-term and in the longer-term as he contemplated his future role in his family’s business.
