Chapter Chapter 1 in Automated Copyright Filters, 2025, pp 1-9 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Automated filtering has considerable potential to protect the interests of right holders; however, it also carries the risk of producing serious negative side effects. This introduction sets out the approach taken in this book to examine how a well-balanced design of automated filtering can be achieved. It further provides working definitions and explanations of key terms to clarify the scope of analysis.
