Abstract:
Abstract In the preceding chapters, automated copyright filtering has been examined from a law and economics perspective. This conclusion summarises the main contributions to the literature pertaining to the implications of automated filtering for the objectives of copyright policy, the design of automated filtering, and regulatory approaches. It also identifies relevant open questions to provide starting points for future research.
