Chapter Chapter 9 in Contracting International Employee Participation, 2018, pp 185-199 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract About 11% of all GFAs include a reference to mediation or arbitration procedures. However, in the existing literature alternative dispute resolution constitutes uncharted territory when discussing mechanisms to strengthen compliance with GFAs.
