Abstract:
Abstract Sound financial management policies and decisions have a marked bearing on the survival and long-term success for firms. The subject assumes greater significance now (than ever before) for the business enterprises in view of the present dynamic and turbulent business environment. Given the importance of sound conceptual framework in decisions related to finance function, it would be useful to know the present practices of Indian corporates in this regard.
