Abstract: Abstract The objective of this chapter is to provide a summary of the research findings contained in this book. The findings primarily relate to risk indexrisk index , risk governance indexrisk governance index , risk disclosure index, inter-relationships amongst them, surveysurvey related to practitioners’ perception of risk, and case studycase study . Based on these findings, certain recommendations have been envisaged for investors, corporate managers, and policy-makers.
