Abstract:
Abstract Decades of extensive research and policy discourse on income and wealth inequalities brought tremendous improvement in our knowledge, but with little or no impact on ground realities. Visible inequalities abound in housing, health care and education. This essay focuses on achieving visibility of equality on the educational front, which in many ways affects other inequalities. The first 12 years of education must be completely the responsibility of the government and must serve to unite the nation.
