Abstract: Abstract Some of the crude oil sources reaching the end of their lifecycles, and International Politics, play major roles in the supply of crude oils to an oil refinery. In this chapter, we discuss the procedures used by refineries to source what is available at best prices, and blend them into their feedstock optimally.
