Chapter Chapter 2 in Robust Optimization in Electric Energy Systems, 2021, pp 31-93 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Robust optimization is a rich and powerful modeling paradigm for decision making under uncertainty (See Chap. 1). The basic philosophy of robust decision making is to seek a decision that is feasible against all realizations of uncertain parameters in a bounded set, the so-called uncertainty set.
