Chapter Chapter 13 in Cyberdefense, 2023, pp 195-204 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract We recommend three architectural choices which should contribute to a more effective defense of cyber-physical systems in general and industrial control systems in particular: mixed reality solutions for a more effective control and response, a zero trust architecture that mitigates human fallacies, and automated defense systems based on a security by design approach. We illustrate and discuss the implications of these choices.
